Shipping & Delivery Policy – Nooré Kids

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after purchase confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately queued for packaging and shipping.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Deliveries within Lahore: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days (up to 4–5 days maximum depending on courier schedules).
  • Deliveries Across Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 6 to 7 working days.

3. Order Commitment & Delivery Acceptance

  • Delivery Commitment: By placing an order, you agree to be available to receive and pay for (in the case of Cash on Delivery) or collect your parcel within the stated timeframes.
  • In-Transit Policy: As noted in our Refund Policy, no cancellations or refunds are permitted while the parcel is in transit or being processed for delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. 
  • Nooré Kids is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
