Return & Refund Policy – Nooré Kids

At Nooré Kids, we take immense pride in crafting premium, high-quality luxury children’s occasionwear and festivewear. Every dress undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully prior to placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation & Pre-Delivery Refund Policy

No Refunds Prior to Delivery: Once an order is placed and confirmed in our system, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted while the product is in transit or being processed for delivery.
Once an order is confirmed, you are committed to receiving the parcel within the prescribed delivery timeframe provided at checkout or via order confirmation.

2. Order Commitment & Delivery

By placing an order with Nooré Kids, you agree to be available to receive and pay for (in the case of Cash on Delivery) or collect your parcel upon delivery within the promised schedule.
Refusing delivery at the doorstep without prior valid authorization is a breach of our purchasing agreement.

3. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Parcels are only eligible for return or exchange under the following specific condition:

Product Not as Described / Incorrect Item Sent: If the product delivered to you significantly differs in design, fabric, size, or color from what was confirmed at the time of purchase, or if the product has a clear manufacturing defect.

4. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

You must notify our Customer Support team within [e.g., 24 to 48 hours] of receiving the package.
Unboxing proof (such as a continuous video recording while opening the sealed package) showing the discrepancy or defect may be required.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Change of mind or minor fabric tone variation due to screen monitor differences does not qualify for a return or refund.
Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, or wear after delivery are not eligible for return.
